The technology of integrated macerating toilets

What is an integrated macerating toilet

An integrated macerating toilet is a sanitary fixture equipped with a macerating and pumping system built directly inside the toilet bowl. This mechanism makes it possible to break down organic waste and convey it through small-diameter pipes, even when a traditional drain stack is not available or is located at a distance.

Unlike systems with an external macerating box, the entire operation is contained within a single unit, ensuring a cleaner design and better aesthetic integration in the bathroom.

How it works

After flushing, the system activates automatically:

  • waste is macerated
  • the material is turned into a liquid mixture
  • a pump pushes it towards the drain, even horizontally or uphill

This makes it possible to overcome structural constraints and install a toilet virtually anywhere.

The toilet with integrated macerator is a practical and innovative choice for those looking for functionality, design and design freedom in a single product.

Exclusive Planus technologies

ALL-IN-ONE: a single system for the entire bathroom

Thanks to the exclusive All-in-One technology, waste water from the washbasin, shower and bidet can also be conveyed directly through the toilet with integrated macerator. A complete solution that simplifies the system and makes it possible to create a functional bathroom even in complex spaces.

All Planus models are equipped with the same mechanism, designed to ensure high performance and compliance with ISO 13857 safety requirements.

DUAL FLUSH: smart water control

All Planus toilets are equipped with the simple and intuitive Planus Dual Flush system, which allows water saving by choosing between ECO or STANDARD flush simply by varying how long the button is pressed.

Planus toilets do not require a flush cistern.

Integrated bidet kit

The StiloPlus model is now available with an integrated bidet kit, complete with an internal spray nozzle inside the bowl and a mixer tap positioned on the side of the toilet, offering maximum practicality, comfort and hygiene without the need for additional installations.
