Patented anti-cavitation system

The anti-cavitation system improves pump operation by reducing the formation of air bubbles, one of the main factors behind efficiency loss in pumping systems. This makes the flow more stable and continuous, with higher performance and reduced component wear over time.


Self-restore system with Venturi ejector

The patented system developed by Planus SpA uses a Venturi ejector powered by the pump flow to automatically manage the presence of air in the circuit. Air is continuously drawn in and redirected towards the trap, maintaining stable operating levels and preventing the typical problems of traditional systems, such as loss of prime or variations in activation levels. This solution also makes it possible to eliminate cavitation, with a significant reduction in noise, improved hydraulic performance and less stress on the motor. The system also guarantees automatic restoration of optimal conditions after periods of inactivity, ensuring continuity and efficiency over time.

System protection and reliability

The IP68 protection rating ensures complete sealing of the system against dust and water ingress, even in immersion conditions. This feature is a distinctive element in the sector, as it guarantees high operational safety and makes the product suitable for environments particularly exposed to humidity or liquids, such as technical rooms, basements and marine applications.


Non-return valve and simplified maintenance

The non-return valve is designed to prevent liquid backflow within the system, helping to preserve hygiene and prevent odours from rising. The choice of resistant materials, such as stainless steel, and a geometry designed to ensure effective closure guarantee long-term reliability.

In addition, on specific models, the system configuration allows direct access to the main components, making inspection and maintenance operations easier without invasive work.
